I ordered the product and now I have to put it back in the packaging, otherwise I will never know what the cable can do again! There is no trace of labelling (which is sometimes present on other products). What a pity. Other manufacturers label their products e.g. by engraving with performance features. I had hoped for something like that. Soon I will no longer know what the cable can do :-(

I'm right there with you! Nobody says: "Please give me a 210x297mm sheet of paper" - we say A4 and everyone knows. So why not just say: "This is a USBC - 10 Gbit/s - full stop." It would be much more relaxed for us mere mortals... and I wouldn't have to google my cable before I plug it in!

Power Delivery 3.0 (PD 3.0) and Quick Charge 3.0 (QC 3.0) are both charging standards that can support higher power levels than 36 W, depending on the source and the device being charged. The cable supports power levels of up to 100 W.

Only 18 Gbit/s instead of 20? How was this tested and always the same? With a benchmark tool? I also have fluctuations with my cable, but that could also be due to the SSD itself.

Es gibt kein MFI Programm für USB-C Kabel von Apple, da Apple selber den USB-C Standard mitentwickelt hat und es dort bereits Anforderungen gibt: Developers and manufacturers of USB-C charging accessories and USB Device Class accessories that do not use any MFi Licensed Technologies or Licensed Components. Best practices and recommendations for developing USB-C accessories for Apple devices can be found in the Accessory Design Guidelines. (Note: accessories that implement iAP2 over USB and vehicles that support CarPlay over USB are part of the MFi Program). Quelle: https://mfi.apple.com/en/who-should-join
