I have Dell myself, but curved is nothing advantageous. You're better off with a normal one. They have curved like 3D only as a fashion.
I assume that you are using some kind of adapter - this could of course affect the resolution. You would also have to pay attention to the connection cable, as there are several video transmission standards. Finally, after research, I found that this can happen with some versions of macOS: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253823207. Unfortunately, I do not know of a tested solution to the problem.

The height of the monitor with stand is approximately 16.8 inches (42.67 cm), whereby the stand height can be adjusted by approximately 3.94 inches (10 cm). The specified height of 23 mm does not refer to the overall height of the monitor, but could refer to a different dimension.

The screen cannot be used as a KVM hub. However, it can be connected to a KVM hub, e.g. TESmart 4 Port HDMI KVM Switch.
As far as I know, the Xbox does not generally support 21:9 resolution. So you will have big black borders on the sides...
Hello! I had the same problem, probably due to the laptop's graphics card. I was able to solve the problem with a docking station. A connection via Displayport may also help.
no but this monitor is a good gaming pc with many ports here are the specs from dell....https://www.dell.com/de-ch/shop/geschwungener-dell-34-gaming-monitor-s3422dwg/apd/210-azze/monitore-und-monitorzubeh%C3%B6r
You're already one step further with Displayport, HDMI etc. I have the same problem and am completely frustrated with this monitor. I wouldn't buy it again.
Probably because the resolution is too high for you. If your docking station doesn't support Thundebolt, you can forget about 3440x1440@144.
I do not work with a Dell laptop. I work with a microsoft surface 8 pro
According to our information, 3440 x 1440@144Hz is the maximum that can be achieved via DisplayPort. I cannot find any information in our documentation that would confirm that higher refresh rates can also be achieved.
Is the monitor defined as a 2nd display - i.e. not mirrored? I assume that if the monitor is mirrored, i.e. it displays the same as on the laptop, then the monitor takes over the resolution of the laptop. Be sure to set it as a separate monitor (screen settings).
It should depend on the connection type, as it should support by default 3440 x 1440 at 144 Hz (Native with DP1.4) 3440 x 1440 at 100 Hz (Native with HDMI 2.0) So try it with a DP cable
Sorry, I'm not that far. But according to the settings, yes.
The monitor will probably decode the audio part from DP or HDMI and make it available via headphone output or line OUT. But it does not have built-in speakers.
