I'm looking for a new home office monitor and ended up with this Dell. Not sure if I need a curved or not? What are the advantages of a curved for you? I also find this HP exciting and can't decide between them: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/hp-x34-34-3440-x-1440-pixels-monitor-17552784

Helpful answer

I have Dell myself, but curved is nothing advantageous. You're better off with a normal one. They have curved like 3D only as a fashion.

Rather questionable for a television, but obligatory for a widescreen monitor.

Definitely curved or two screens. Otherwise the right and left edges are too far away. Or why do you intuitively put the screens in a V-shape when you have two of them? If you work with several applications and need the whole screen for text: definitely curved, IMHO.
