This product is made of ceramic and is certified PTFE and PFOA free. The brand does not give any details about cadmium or lead. It also does not indicate whether it is possible to make yoghurt, although some users seem to offer such recipes online.

Hello, this is normal. You may be confusing it with the internal meat temperature, e.g. for pulled pork, which should be 80-95. To achieve this over a longer period of time, you do not need this exact temperature, but slightly higher. The slight simmering is also normal and should be like this. So everything is fine!
