Yes, rest assured, Galaxus/Digitec always provide CH adapter in case there is no CH plug

Yes, the Crockpot comes with a Swiss plug!
The appliance is TOP. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Always take care not to scratch the coating when cooking. We only use wooden spoons....
