Does this cable support 144hz / 1080p?

Hello all. I would be interested to know if the adapter can transfer the graphics of the PS5 with HDMI 2.1 Out to DisplayPort In? So that in the end the 4K, 120.Hz, HDR arrive. Or is that too big a wormhole? Thanks for all the contributions.

Is the sound also transmitted or is it only audible at the "sender"?

Displayport itself supports audio transmission. This has no influence on the cable. The problem is rather whether the Displayport output (PC mainboard?) and the input (monitor/TV) also support audio. I would assume so for newer devices. I can't say more about this, I have never tried/used this. However, if it is purely a matter of the cable, this is certainly not a problem.

Is this 21.6 GB/s really true? I read a report about the Displayport 1.3 and it says that it has a 50% higher bandwidth but only manages 3.24 GB/s...

Gbps = Gigabit/s GB/s = Gigabyte/s 8 Gbps = 1 GB/s And so the 21.6 Gbps mentioned are a whole 2.7 GB/s

Is there anything special to consider when setting 4K @ 60 Hz? I can't get a Geforce 1080 with a Philips 288P6 to 60 Hz with this cable - I only have the choice between 30 and 29 Hz ;-/
