You can only charge the headphones via USB-C, not transfer audio. You can, however, transfer audio via the 2.5mm/3.5mm jack cable supplied. However, I think the quality is worse rather than better.

Good day, As with all Bose headphones, the ear pads are replaceable. Unfortunately, Bose does not yet have any replacement ear cushions in circulation. In an official forum post, however, a member of staff writes that these will be available in the course of time. Kind regards Niklas

Hi, There is an interesting post about this question on this link: https://community.bose.com/t5/Around-On-Ear-Headphones/How-to-Pair-700-Headphones-to-Mac-Book-Pro/td-p/219277 Honestly I don't know as I'm facing the pairing issue on my Windows 10 desktop (home made) with the Quickcomfort 35 + NC 700. It could also be due to my MB (2014) but not sure. It seems users succeed to do it on Mac, be aware of the OS versions.

Bluetooth switches off when the device is charging (or when a cable is hanging in the headphones). Not tested whether you can still listen to music via the jack. I would generally not do this: I had noise interference with other headphones. However, you can listen to music for about 20 hours at a stretch. Noise cancelling reduces the ambient noise so much that you can fully enjoy the music. It has no influence on the music quality (at least none that I noticed). The NC on the 700 is pretty cool: it can be set in 10 levels and you can set assignments via the APP (e.g. NC off, 5, and 10). The handling with the APP is awkward and a nuisance. Once configured, it works.

With my notebook, it works without any problems via Bluetooth. However, I have not yet been able to get the micro to work, but it has been recognised. I don't have Bluetooth on my home computer, so I use the cable that comes with it. On the tablet and mobile phone, both work wonderfully. I haven't noticed any delay anywhere.

I use the Jabra Link 370 dongle. It works well, also for Skype. Before I had the Jabra Link 360, it was good for music but people always complained in Skype calls. The quality was extremely bad. I don't know what the difference is between the 360 and 370, but the 370 seems better.

I don't listen to techno, and my classical music sounds ok :) But according to all tests, the sound quality is the same as its predecessors - so I wouldn't expect any improvement. What is new is simply the noise cancelling for the called party.

Unfortunately, the release date of 01.08.19 could not be met because the supplier did not receive the goods in time. Now the delivery should take place with a current order in probably 4-6 weeks (without guarantee).

Hello A separate USB link Bluetooth module was not included with my unit. But so far I have never missed it. I use the headphones regularly with teams. Works without any problems. I have also used Skype, which also worked. It is important not to have other paired devices (e.g. mobile phone) connected via Bluetooth at the same time, as the connection can then be interrupted in the event of a call or message.
