I have a very strong noise on the left side (since this evening, during the day everything was still OK). According to the Bose troubleshooting you should reset the headphones - which I have done. The noise is still there. It is strongest when the ANC level is at 0. I have had the headphones since Tuesday and was very satisfied until this evening. However, the noise is extremely annoying and I want to get rid of it. What can I do?
Return the headphones! That sounds like a technical defect. I had something similar with the predecessor and the reason was a loose contact.
