Are they better than the QC25? What bothers me about the QC25s is that the bass is distorted when I listen to loud techno.

I don't listen to techno, and my classical music sounds ok :) But according to all tests, the sound quality is the same as its predecessors - so I wouldn't expect any improvement. What is new is simply the noise cancelling for the called party.
