Decent closed loop water cooler for Haswell-E
It's a decent water cooling for Haswell-E series CPU. It has its limitation and is not the best cooler for extreme overclocking (say 1.5V).
For users who want to overclock moderately, this cooler will do the job and will not take a lot of space in the cabinet.
It is better than air-cooling because the temps are substantially lower than what air-cooling with a good cpu cooler can achieve.

- good for decent OCs (Max. ~200Watt CPU power on Haswell-E)

- cannot sustain 1.5V for Haswell-E CPU without throttling CPU
