Product is sold as "Tomme unit Y,M,C,BK". Does this mean that besides black, the other colours are also integrated in one cartridge? Or, will the replacement of the Y,M.C cartridges be superfluous after installation?

The drum unit is only the drum, not the cartridges. The drum needs to be replaced less often than the cartridges. Mine has lasted 9 years.
