I have installed a new toner in my printer. Now I have the problem that when I print a sheet completely with cyan, I have white stripes at the edges. I didn't have this problem with the old cyan toner. If I remove the toner and shake it, it is good for 5 pages and then the white stripes come back. Apparently you can't return new defective toners? Is that so?
It is obviously a product defect, because the printer worked without any problems until the end with the last cartridge. Therefore, describe the defect of the product and send it back with a request for replacement. I would complain in advance by telephone and describe the fault. After all, these things are expensive enough that with the name "HP" you can expect flawless products.
