Question about RICOH Gr Iii

I bought the Ricoh a little over 2 years ago and now it has fallen from a height of about 50cm onto the floor and it no longer shoots properly. On Digitec.ch it says that there is no repair support. Do I have to send it in directly to Ricoh?

Yes, it doesn't help if the camera first has to go via Digitec. Digitec does not do repairs.
