8K recording is only possible with a very fast CFExpress card. Sandisk Extreme Pro Type B (CFexpress Type B, 256GB)

Here are the instructions on how to switch to the corresponding other recording quality. Important: This requires an extremely fast card with an enormous writing speed(Agfa CFexpress (CFexpress Type B, 512GB)). In my view, however, it is not worth recording at 8k. No one can see it, and misusing a still camera for video is, well, not what you should do either. It's better to record in 4k with a high frame rate. Then you can use slow motion (1/4 speed) afterwards.
