Question about Ensis - 460840
The lower light is no longer on. You can find it in the app, but when you switch on the lower light, nothing comes on. The upper light works as usual. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Could also be the converter.
I would first disconnect it completely from the power supply. Reprogram again and if all else fails, send it in.
Disconnect completely from the power supply, e.g. via the light switch. Then reconnect. Then the lamps above and below should light up in the basic setting. Or you have changed the switch-on behaviour (last on) in the settings. Otherwise warranty?
