The device features two 10-watt speakers from the German sound specialist ELAC, arranged optimally to provide an excellent stereo effect. Enjoy a balanced sound that can be adjusted according to your personal audio preferences using the equalizer. With the DIGITRADIO 3 VOICE, you can listen to radio via FM or enjoy a wide range of national and regional radio programs through DAB+ in digital sound quality. You can also play music from external USB storage devices via USB or conveniently charge mobile devices. Alternatively, the device plays your favorite CDs, with a resume function that ensures the CD continues exactly where it was last stopped. TECHNIVOICE is an offline voice control system with 19 different voice commands optimized for operating the main functions. This allows you to turn the DIGITRADIO 3 VOICE on and off, adjust the volume, or select a music source. Unlike most voice assistants, the radio does not require an internet connection for voice control. Voice commands are processed directly by the radio. No usage data is stored, processed, or transmitted over the internet. When a voice command is recognized, the radio provides an acoustic response via a confirmation tone or voice output. The voice control also assists people with visual impairments in managing the device. A brochure with operating instructions in Braille is also included in the package.
