Coated Raybraid copper braid. A hose braid for the electrical shielding of cable bundles, protecting them from interference. Raybraid is delivered on a pipe bending form, which facilitates installation and is more robust than braids delivered in a flattened form. The Ray-101 series features tinned copper shielding, while the Ray-103 series has nickel-plated copper shielding for use in harsh environments and at high temperatures. Features and benefits: Provides EMC shielding for wires and cables; easily removable from PVC bending form; minimum 93%, maximum 100% optical coverage; high usable stretch ratio (min. 2:1); hose available in tinned copper or nickel-plated copper; available in a variety of sizes to cover diameters from 2.5 to 40 mm.
