Connect a DisplayPort-enabled PC to a DVI display with an active 1.8 m cable.

With the 1.8 m active DisplayPort to DVI converter cable DP2DVIMM6BS, you can directly connect your DisplayPort-enabled desktop PC or laptop to a DVI monitor or projector without the need for additional adapters or cables. It is a cost-effective solution for connecting a new DisplayPort computer to a VGA monitor or projector.

To ensure compatibility with virtually any DisplayPort output device, the active DisplayPort to DVI adapter supports both Multi Mode (DP++) and Single Mode DisplayPort signals. Unlike passive adapters, the DP2DVIMM6BS can be used with graphics cards that do not support the output of Multi Mode DP++ signals, such as ATI Eyefinity cards.

Since the converter cable supports video resolutions up to 1920x1200, you can convert a DisplayPort video source to DVI without compromising video quality.

Note: This adapter is not compatible with the Apple Cinema Display.
