With the active 91 cm DisplayPort to DVI converter cable DP2DVIMM3BS, you can connect DisplayPort-enabled desktop or laptop computers directly to a nearby DVI monitor or projector, saving costs on additional adapters and avoiding mess from extra cables.

To ensure compatibility with virtually any DisplayPort output device, the active DisplayPort to DVI adapter supports both Multi Mode (DP++) and Single Mode DisplayPort signals. Unlike passive adapters, the DP2DVIMM3BS can be used with graphics cards that do not support the output of Multi Mode DP++ signals, such as ATI Eyefinity cards.

Since the converter cable supports video resolutions up to 1920x1200, you can convert a DisplayPort video source to DVI without compromising video quality.

Note: This adapter is not compatible with the Apple Cinema Display.
