A cable (micro-USB) for charging was definitely included. However, I can no longer say exactly where it was stowed in the packaging.
If the warranty has expired... it means that at least two years have passed in which you have used it, one presumes. Defective or not, the warranty has expired.... and is therefore out of warranty... otherwise what would be the point of having a warranty if it is over.... then you can always try the manufacturer... never say never. In any case, an inflated battery, especially a lithium-ion battery, can be dangerous and, if punctured or comes into contact with air, can cause fires and explosions. Using the powerbank or leaving it connected to the power supply can pose significant risks. Act immediately to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you. The powerbank may cause fire and explosion, posing a significant danger. The internal pressure of the battery increases as it inflates, which may cause it to rupture or damage and then burst/explode/fire. Inflated batteries should not be ignored or underestimated, as they can cause serious damage if handled improperly. To ensure your safety and the safety of those around you, act immediately when dealing with an inflated battery. Dispose of it properly according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Avoid puncturing or tampering with an inflated battery. Do not use and/or charge it.
When connecting a device to the battery, press the side button to start the charging process and the remaining charge will be displayed
No, that doesn't matter. In the beginning I only charged with a 15 watt and a 25 watt charger. And now with a 100. It charges with what it can or gets when it's less.
Loading condition in per cent
You can charge using either Micro USB or USB-C, but I wouldn't recommend doing both at the same time. However, with USB-C you can go fast with a fast charger. Now I use a 20w charger on my iPhone but in the past I used to change to 45w with a Samsung fast charger without any problem.
Yes, you can charge tablets, smartphones, etc. via USB-C. I can't give a general answer as to whether a laptop can be charged: it doesn't work with mine because the 18W is not enough.
Yes, but only in hand luggage
According to the manufacturer, the powerbank has a capacity of 74 Wh. According to Zurich Airport, the following is permitted: Each passenger may take a maximum of 20 powerbanks with a capacity of up to 100 Wh each in their hand luggage.
Good day You have 2 normal USB outputs on this powerbank, where you can connect various USB plugs.
No, that does not work. As soon as I connect the powerbank to the power source, the charging process stops.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly. It could possibly be a faulty product. https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
It is also possible to charge the powerbank via the USB-C port.
No, makes little sense even for a powerbank, as the power dissipation is very high
