I have the same problem. I got the device new and only unpacked and tested it after a few months. The battery is fully charged, but it won't switch on and I can't connect or charge any devices. Have you found the fault?

The cable may be defective. I would try this with a replacement cable.

2 modes: either you charge the power bank or the power bank charges your device(s).
If you only have your device plugged in, press the button on the side and charging starts.
