Got this battery new. Unpacked, it is 100% charged, as I can see when I connect the battery to the charger with the charging cable.

When I disconnect the charger again and switch it on, nothing happens. Even when I want to charge my mobile, nothing happens.

I've had batteries before, but maybe I'm too stupid for this one 🤨 What could be the problem? Thank you.

When connecting a device to the battery, press the side button to start the charging process and the remaining charge will be displayed
