I think the cashback from Sony only applies to the DSC RX 100 V

I bought/paid for/collected this cam with cashback entitlement in Wohlen. I was told that the invoice/receipt would be emailed to me. Unfortunately, this did not happen - how do I get the purchase document with SN, which Sony surely wants to see as a PDF?

It is exasperating, but the SONY RX 100 KK VA, which I bought here in October 2018, absolutely does not allow any connection to playmemoriescameraapps from SONY. So I can't buy and download special programs for the camera, like Timelapse (time lapse). I even went to the SONY dealer about it and he didn't get anywhere either. The message "Check connection" always appeared, although the USB cable is intact and the camera is recognised as a drive in Explorer. Now I've had enough and am sending the camera back to Digitec.
