The S800 is black and comes with a milk container. The latest model is Siemens EQ.6 plus extraClass. Favorites: Save up to 4 personalised drinks. With the S800 you can only save two favourites.
Unfortunately we were not able to test this product, perhaps it is possible to change the cleaning time. Check the instructions for use.
If not, maybe your machine has a defect. At this point, you can open a warranty case online.

That is indeed the case. Even with a filter. It's a known problem... but I never had the time/patience to seriously clarify this with the manufacturer. But we are not the only ones.
We are a private household and drink about 10 cups a day (from very strong espresso to latte macchiato, etc.). 20 to 30 cups a day should not be a problem at all. The important thing, in my opinion, is that everyone who drinks coffee knows how to empty the drip tray, refill the water tank, refill beans, etc. And someone should also be responsible for cleaning, descaling (all this is shown on the display). After about 8-10 cups, the drip tray must be emptied, water must also be diligently refilled (the machine rinses frequently, and this also needs water). I like the fact that everyone can make their own coffee (mild to very strong, small to very large, with or without milk, etc.). Whether it's 10 or 30 cups doesn't matter, the machine just needs to be cleaned and serviced more quickly. I read somewhere that the machine should last for about 15,000 cups. In any case: the coffee is very good - good quality coffee beans are a prerequisite! The only pity is that I ordered this machine two days too early, I still paid 945.--!!!!!
In our case, although it is not connected to a smart socket, it is also sometimes completely switched off for longer periods of time or not connected to the power during holidays (first correctly switched off and then disconnected from the socket)...the settings - whether favourites or customised main settings - remain. Would just make sure that the machine has either already switched itself off or you have already switched it off correctly before the Smart Socket does its work. The machine also only cleans itself correctly if it is "shut down" correctly.
I have been very satisfied for almost 2 years.
