Question about Siemens EQ.6 plus s800

We are very happy with the machine, but now we have just had to make a warranty claim because the machine steals a coffee from us every time we switch it on. When we make our first coffee after switching it on, the machine always interrupts the grinding process and tells us to refill the beans, even though the container is full and the beans are also queuing up very well in the chute to the grinder. Resetting the factory settings did not help either, so we are now sending them in.
