Anyone having issues with this model regarding descaling?  The machine notified me that it needs descaling in 20, 15, 10, 5 cups. I descaled it and ~5 cups later it shows the descaling in 20 cups message again.

Unfortunately we were not able to test this product, perhaps it is possible to change the cleaning time. Check the instructions for use.

If not, maybe your machine has a defect. At this point, you can open a warranty case online.
