It is best to contact the customer service department at https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new directly. Your request can then be examined individually.
Snapdragon is only sold in USA/Asia, these are devices from Hong Kong.
The Chinese government still has to install all the state troyans in our Hong Kong Snapdragen version... I guess it always takes a while. Unfortunately, I'm in the same situation, I've been waiting a long time for Android 11 and OneUI 3 with my Note 20 Ultra Snapdragen, while my wife with the s20 FE has had the update for a long time already....
Hello No, unfortunately not yet, but there should be an update soon. It's Samsung...... But otherwise it's a great phone with a great battery! Greetings
Hi, yes that's easy, download the app geekbench 5, then it says ARM qualcomm.then you have the snapdrahon version
No, behaves the same as CH version.
Yes it runs and very well

Hello, I reset mine a year ago and there were no problems with the new owner. Important (normal as with all devices), first log out of all accounts and delete all locks.
No problems even after factory settings, simply select the desired language.
Normally, yes. 5G works in Switzerland.
If you buy a used product, then you could make use of the remaining warranty period. So if a product was bought one year ago and has two in total. You will have one year of warranty left. Important is, that you keep the recipe and show it when you bring the device in a Digitec store.
I have not done a factory reset myself So unfortunately I can't give you answer . Manvag
Of course, it is brand new. What do you think?
Worked for me without problems
Yes, it works!
It's better to buy the phone new. A used phone can still have a bug in it and then you'll be stuck in Samsung support!
I had a very simple one.
eSIM support depends on the mobile operator and region
Snapdragon Note 20 Ultra With the Samsung Wireless charger station it works tip-top, I have not tried others. To charge the headphones wirelessly with the mobile phone = Settings- Battery- Activate Wireless Power Share.
Hi, it works flawlessly. My wife owns an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and my imported Note 20 Ultra has the same if not better 5G signal coverage.
The Note 20 Ultra has a larger 108mpx sensor that also shoots photos in 12mpx. This is called nonna binning. Nonna binning means that all sensors of the 108mpx sensor are used to shoot a 12mpx image at the end. This should allow for more detail and sharper photos. But basically both mobiles (iPhone and Note) shoot photos at 12mpx and only in high light you can use the 108mpx mode of the Note. The difference is not bad in high light. But not otherwise.
Ditto! Here too we are waiting for Android 11. Any info???
