Snapdragon is only sold in USA/Asia, these are devices from Hong Kong.
The Chinese government still has to install all the state troyans in our Hong Kong Snapdragen version... I guess it always takes a while. Unfortunately, I'm in the same situation, I've been waiting a long time for Android 11 and OneUI 3 with my Note 20 Ultra Snapdragen, while my wife with the s20 FE has had the update for a long time already....
Hello No, unfortunately not yet, but there should be an update soon. It's Samsung...... But otherwise it's a great phone with a great battery! Greetings
Hi, yes that's easy, download the app geekbench 5, then it says ARM qualcomm.then you have the snapdrahon version
Normally, yes. 5G works in Switzerland.
If you buy a used product, then you could make use of the remaining warranty period. So if a product was bought one year ago and has two in total. You will have one year of warranty left. Important is, that you keep the recipe and show it when you bring the device in a Digitec store.
I have not done a factory reset myself So unfortunately I can't give you answer . Manvag
Hello. I also had a display failure with exactly the same device. Successful repair for approx. 400fr was possible at Handyreparaturen at Riedstrasse 14 in Dietikon. everything worked perfectly afterwards and the shop only works with original Samsung parts https://handy-reparaturen.ch/
Re A: In the product description it is written "Hybrid Dual SIM". The details also state that it has a SIM slot 1 and 2. B: The SIM cards are only used for identification in the mobile network. If the smartphone has 5G built in, which is the case here - then it works with both SIM cards.
Hello. Everything works as it should. Sincerely
Did you get it in October? Availability is not so good at the moment.
Hello 5G works with Sunrise. BUT only if you use one SIM card or deactivate the second SIM card in the mobile phone.
It is difficult to answer your question. If you would like specific advice on this, we can advise you to consult forums.
I don't think Digitec can do much about it if the supplier keeps postponing the date and in addition we import it because it is actually a model for the Asian market. Greetings
Good day Goekhan. So far I've done 2 updates like any other phone, without any problems. The normal message came up that an update was needed and this was also carried out without me noticing anything in particular. I don't know how it is with the others.
This is the HK version. There you get 256GB
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer a 512 GB variant.
