I would now say (purely a guess) that you can't get the display 100% dark... you can possibly switch on an eco mode that dims it considerably. But this can hardly be timed... But you shouldn't be blinded by this display if the room is otherwise dark...
At the top of the product it says that it is used + tested. This means that the radio was returned and tested and sold at a lower price. The radio is no longer available new here. That is why there is only the one unit in the colour that is shown (white).
No, the time is fixed and lasts 12 seconds (the R1 MIII is already 5 years old).
Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to this question. I use this device (only) as an alarm clock radio in the bedroom.

Please contact Digitec customer service or the manufacturer directly regarding a suitable spare part.
The voucher code would be RADIO10 (valid until 3.10.), which you can enter at the checkout under "Payment".
The BackPack battery is not included in the scope of delivery of the R1 MK3. At the moment we do not have the item in our range either, but we will clarify whether we can include it.
As of today, there is unfortunately no app. Unfortunately, there will also be no infrared remote control due to the lack of an IR receiver on the unit.
The battery is not supplied.
