Unfortunately, it only fits ATX. But if you want to install 3.5" HDDs, make sure that your motherboard is not too thick in the lower right quarter (in "desktop orientation") (i.e. no large RGB "heat sinks" or anything like that) because the HDDs hang over the board.
Yes, I have a full ATX MB installed (ASUS PRIME H370-PLUS) no space problems whatsoever.

We don't have any special for this item. But maybe the tracks from the manufacturer of the server/rack could fit.
