Yes, the contents of the delivery are correct. The "charger box" has a slot for the USB connector and gives the possibility to charge the headset in the vertical position in the hole on the side or directly in the box in the storage slot

"My best headset so far. I am a technician and often work in noisy environments. With this headset I can stand next to a loud machine and the person opposite me can't hear the machine at all. But my voice is very clear. Copy of the following review: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/ProductRating/top-213303

The supplied dongle (BT700 USB adapter) can be connected to a USB dock as long as the dock has a USB-A port and the power supply and data transfer function correctly. There is no official restriction from Poly that explicitly speaks against operation on a dock. However, depending on the dock model and its driver support, there may be limitations in terms of connection stability or audio quality. For optimum performance, Poly recommends direct connection to the computer.

It's probably subjective; as someone who wears glasses, I find it comfortable to wear and the device is also relatively light. However, I only need it for shorter calls (up to 60 minutes, usually only 30 minutes) - for longer stories or continuous use throughout the day, I prefer a headset in the form of headphones

If in doubt, I would choose the Poly item - because their warranty services have (so far) always been generous and defective items are replaced _really_ quickly. Unfortunately, I've already had to rely on it!

According to the product description, the article 21954469 contains the BT700 dongle, which is preferable to the BT600. The case also has a small design update, the dongle can be removed without having to take the HS out of the case.

The charging contacts inside the box work very reliably for me. The contacts on the box are also somewhat unreliable for me. If I insert the headset and press lightly against the contacts (and at the same time check the LEDs to see if they light up), it almost always charges. However, it is not particularly robust; if you bump it against the table, for example, the charging process may well be interrupted.

What do you mean by wireless (wired)?

This is probably a rather clumsy way of saying that a cable is needed for charging, but that the headphones can be connected wirelessly to the PC ;-) So everything is as you would expect. Super product, by the way.
