Question about Poly Voyager 5200 UC

According to the photo, the device must be worn on the right ear. However, I hear better on the left (because a long time ago at primary school a priest!!! slapped me on the right ear in such a way that I have had reduced hearing on the right ever since) and I always make phone calls on the left.
