The HUE Wireless Dimmer Switch is also included in the version that costs 234.00. So you save another "Stutz" and you have a "bundle", which makes sense with this lamp. The dimmer switch is magnetic and can be attached to the door frame, for example. I bought this set about 8 months ago and am very satisfied. However, mounting it (alone) is a bit of a challenge. The dimmer switch costs 26.- (15.01.2019) individually at digitec. Attention: If the dimmer switch is included, the dimmer switch is already coupled with the lamp and must be installed differently than if an individual dimmer switch is purchased. Instructions can be found online.

Hi, have you used a paper clip in the back of the switcher to press the reset button for 10 seconds. At the same time in the app under accessories set up add it again and afterwards add it to the corresponding room. if that doesn't help restart router and/or bridge on/off... if still not I think you have to call Philips on Monday from 09:00 :/ LG and good night.

Without a bridge, a remote control can only be used for one luminaire. This means that one remote control is needed per luminaire, which function independently of each other. A connection of 2 luminaires to one remote control is only possible via Bridge/App.

The use described is exactly as it probably is for the majority of buyers of this lamp. A remote control should be included in the scope of delivery. https://www.assets.lighting.philips.com/is...

No, there are no screws and dowels, you have to get all that yourself. I managed to build it alone, but it's much easier with four hands.

This is absolutely no problem, because the luminosity is infinitely adjustable. The same goes for the shade of white - from yellowish to dazzling white. I have the lamp in my living room and wouldn't give it away.

Installation is simple in that you only have to drill three holes. This is common for lamp installations. However, you need another person's support when the cover has to be screwed together - one lifts the heavy frame, the other screws it shut.
