I have a problem with my remote control, it just stopped working a few days ago. The whole thing happened in the middle of the night: I was sleeping when I suddenly woke up because my lamp switched off and on by itself, as if disturbed. I reached for my remote control and wanted to switch the lamp off as usual, but it hasn't worked since then - my switch only lights up red when I press a button. I have also tried pressing 4 buttons at the same time - it doesn't work. It also doesn't work to reprogram the lamp if you hold down the "I" button near the lamp. Hi, have you used a paper clip in the back of the switcher to press the reset button for 10
seconds. At the same time in the app under accessories set up add it again and afterwards add it to the corresponding room. if that doesn't help restart router and/or bridge on/off... if still not I think you have to call Philips on Monday from 09:00 :/
