Digitec has already launched the Wireless Charger (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/oneplus-warp-charge-30-warp-charge-30-30w-wireless-charger-13168366). We will have to wait a little longer for the rest.
Unfortunately, I have only now received feedback from the relevant office. The wireless charger is not included, according to the information provided.
The "Limited" is normally for the colour. The release of this article is scheduled for 29.04 in the USA, so in Switzerland it should be a few days after that date.
With my OnePlus 8 Pro, my wife can't get in that way. Of course, this doesn't prove that there is no one who can imitate my thumb, but at least not everyone can unlock my phone.
Hi, yes. I'm using it right now with 5G speed.
But, out of the box you need to do some software programming in order to unlock it. Maybe a next system update will achieve it. If you're interested contact me in private, I'll give you the guides I've followed.
It is limited in the sense that there are only a limited number of copies of this exact version of the phone (colour, features, etc.) and no more are produced in the exact version after that.
Has anyone managed to use WiFi calling with the OnePlus 8 Pro? I can't get it to work and would appreciate any tips.
In the settings under WLAN & Network - SIM & Network - SIM 1 - Improved communication, you should be able to switch on VoLTE and WiFi. However, these menu items were not available for me. I had to change this first with the following instructions, which is pretty bad.

After that, I was able to activate WiFi calling and restart the device. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work. I went to Sunrise and found out more there. My SIM card supports WiFi calling and it worked fine with my previous smartphone (Huawei 20 Pro). If you research Sunrise, they also state that the OnePlus 7 is supported for WiFi Calling, but not the OnePlus 8, see the link below.

WiFi calling is an important feature and on such an expensive smartphone, it simply has to work. If this issue cannot be resolved, I strongly advise against buying it! Does anyone have any further insights on this topic?
I didn't notice any marks on the display. There was a film on it, but it didn't last that long, i.e. it soon got very dirty and could no longer be polished well. I then removed it, which was easy. Then I sealed the display with Diamond Protect. Now I clean the display with Whoosh from time to time. It's still wonderful without any scratches! The battery lasts an amazingly long time, I'm positively surprised. The camera is absolutely great, especially the SuperMacro function and the wide angle. I can highly recommend the device! I was an iPhone fan for a long time, but I wouldn't go back to an Apple device. There is only one small problem: since the update to Android 11, or OxygenOS 11, the installed apps can no longer be updated via the Play Store. The message "Error while checking for updates" always appears.
I've had the phone for quite a long time now, but I'm slowly becoming more and more dissatisfied. At least once a day, the reception is suddenly gone. Then the only thing that helps is deactivating the sim card and activating it again. The sim card is a new one. Then I don't get any calls, messages or the like. The mobile phone is lying on the table, doesn't ring, and a few seconds later I get a message that the recipient has tried to call. A lot of people report this on the internet... Does anyone have any help?
I know this problem too. I went to Digitec and several times to the Swisscom shop. It is mentioned on the internet that the OnePlus 8 has problems with VoLTE and VoWifi. I tried it with a new sim card, but that didn't help either. The only thing that helped was deactivating 4G, i.e. setting the sim card to 2G/3G. With this setting, the mobile phone has been working without any problems ever since. I don't know how it is with other providers (I have Swisscom). Digitec or OnePlus should do something about this with Swisscom.
