Normally, you should contact customer service for this type of question. The Community is for enquiries about the characteristics and use of the products. https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/en-us/requests/new However, after checking in our system, we regret to inform you that the delivery time has unfortunately been postponed by our supplier and we are so sorry about that :(
I recommend that you contact our customer service directly so that your request can be individually checked.
I ordered mine here at Digitec 2 weeks ago and the delivery date is currently "expected in 9-11 days" (but it always fluctuates a bit). There were two pre-order events in the US, but they were always sold out right away. I hope that there will be enough for the official launch on Tuesday.
I hope they will be recorded. They look mega nice.
That's how it is for me too! I contacted the customer service specially. They told me that they would look into it and get back to me by email. To date, I have not received an email.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any originals for mine either. Then I got these: Eartips They work perfectly and you have different sizes :-)
I have a Xiaomi smartphone and can set the ANC via the app. You can also switch it on and off directly via the headphones (long press on the headphones and an acoustic signal is emitted).
Yes, mine now says ready to ship. I had a phone call with Digitec on Friday. The delivery had not yet been booked in or unpacked. Probably only happened this morning :)
I can't find it online, apparently only in selected stores in Germany: https://de.nothing.tech/pages/store-locator Unfortunately not in Switzerland.
I am satisfied
Unfortunately we are unable to source these replacement headphones through our suppliers, I advise you to contact the manufacturer https://ch.nothing.tech/pages/support-centre
Hey Markosto, I can only report from an iPhone SE, even with iOS older than 15.6 there have never been any problems with the language. Have you activated a VPN?
In other cases, I was successful directly with the manufacturer. Presumably, buying a new pair is less costly and cheaper.
I asked Nothing the other day if they sell single buds because mine was deliberately destroyed by a motorist. I would be answered with an unfortunate no. Would have to buy the whole thing new. I can give you my case though. Hopefully it works.
(S & L) are included and M is attached to the earphones. Otherwise, there are none except at third party dealers on amazon and co. Memory foam replacement tips are my recommendation
Simple Antwort: Ja
I also had this problem once (with another pair of headphones). It turned out to be a defect in the headphones. I would contact Digitec's customer service directly.
Unfortunately, this is not possible, because to reorder according to the supplier.
The behaviour you describe does not occur with my headphones. Occasionally, the NE1s crackle a little. Also not nice, occurs especially when ANC is deactivated, but is definitely not as loud as you describe. If I were you, I would look into making a warranty claim...
Yes, you can use the sides separately. If you stow the unused bud in the case, you should get well over 10 hours, as one of the two will be charging.
