I bought the Nothing Ear (1) about a week ago. I noticed a constant noise on the right headphone. This occurs especially when ANC is activated. Unfortunately, the noise was not eliminated by the last software update. Is this a defect?

I also had this problem once (with another pair of headphones). It turned out to be a defect in the headphones. I would contact Digitec's customer service directly.
