If your TV has been damaged in transit, you should contact us immediately to let us know. Just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and then the TV. Generally, for this kind of situation, we take care of the return costs and proceed to an exchange or a refund. As long as the conditions are met.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the branches have limited storage space, which is why bulky or heavy goods unfortunately cannot be returned to a digitec shop if they are defective or damaged.
