The Community is made for enquiries concerning the ownership and use of the products, for any claim, please contact the customer service. Thank you in advance. However, we are very sorry for this situation. We have a service department, just click on the helpcenter link on our website. You can then choose to call, chat or write us an e-mail. If your TV has been damaged in transit, you should contact us immediately to let us know. Just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and then the TV. Generally, for this kind of situation, we take care of the return costs and proceed to an exchange or a refund. As long as the conditions are met. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the branches have limited storage space, which is why bulky or heavy goods unfortunately cannot be returned to a digitec shop if they are defective or damaged. But as mentioned before, if your registration was done properly, a return at our expense by a carrier is possible. Contact: => https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc... / https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc... Explanation of the procedure available on our website: => https://www.digitec.ch/fr... / https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc...

Hello, I can only recommend the Ergotron HX HD. It works just perfectly. You also need a PureMounts PM-ADAPT-B adapter plate for mounting. Best regards ---- Ergotron HX HD Monitor Arm with patented CF technology (table, 49") PureMounts PM-ADAPT-B (adapter / mounting plates)

I briefly checked with LG directly and they confirm that it should work. LG says you should call their hotline directly for specific information: 0848 543 543. They can help you set up the teletext accordingly.
