Question about LG OLED42C24LA
I ordered on Friday morning and waited all day today (Saturday) for the delivery from Planzer - to no avail. According to the tracking system, it has been in the Planzer warehouse since 8pm on Friday. If I had known that Planzer were so bad, I would have picked up the TV at Digitec in Bern and still had something from Saturday. Why actually Planzer? According to Google, they are not reliable (1.9 stars), which only hurts Digitec. Wehr has also had such experiences?
I also ordered something from Galaxus this Monday, this time via Pflanzer. Pflanzer still had the package on Monday evening. But it still hasn't been delivered. Yesterday it didn't arrive. Today, in the middle of the day, there was a message that the delivery had not been successful. Then I called and she said that the driver had suddenly fallen ill and would be here tomorrow. Let's see if it comes tomorrow... I hope you will soon be able to set your suppliers in your customer account at Digitec.
It's the same for me. I ordered on Monday 2 January. The delivery date was initially Wednesday, which I would have found OK. It was then collected from Digitec on Thursday because it was not earlier. Thursday evening I get the email that delivery cannot be made. I called and was told that the driver had not found my address. The new delivery on Friday was successful. That's why I'm not really enthusiastic about Planzer.
We ordered on Saturday and the TV was already there on Tuesday morning. I thought that was super fast. Pflanzer probably doesn't deliver on Saturday, but I think it's OK to pick it up yourself on Saturday if you have the possibility (car).
