Question about LG OLED42C24LA
When Digitec takes you for a fool by having a TV delivered by Planzer and that this said TV arrives in a shredded box 😡 You try to call them on the phone and you notice that there is no service department in this company?! Return of the product impossible unless you pay the post office 😂 And the shop that refuses to take the box back. In short if you want an LG Oled TV go and order it from Interdiscount. The price of the 42evo is 100 balls more expensive than the official LG price and Digitec has nothing to do with it as usual. I'm really not happy with Digitec and even less with Planzer.

If your TV has been damaged in transit, you should contact us immediately to let us know. Just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and then the TV. Generally, for this kind of situation, we take care of the return costs and proceed to an exchange or a refund. As long as the conditions are met.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the branches have limited storage space, which is why bulky or heavy goods unfortunately cannot be returned to a digitec shop if they are defective or damaged. But as mentioned before, if your registration was done properly, a return at our expense by a carrier is possible.
