Hello, yes indeed I have the same phenomenon with my jabra elite 65t (titanium). It sounds like the noise canceling function of the Bose QC 35, but on the jabra there is no active noise cancellation. Personally I don't hear the noise very loudly and unfortunately I don't have a solution to this problem. I guess it's the speaker that stays on for a long time in case you start the music again quickly after stopping it. If you pay attention, when you start your music/video (once that noise has stopped) you hear it come back on just before the music. This is my assumption, I can't confirm anything... I hope my commentary helps you. Have a nice day.

I have the Jabra Elite 65t (they don't have active noise cancelling) and the original AirPods. The Jabra Elite 65t are better than the original AirPods, because they fit in the ear and block sound better and don't clang (which the AirPods do with some music). However, I have been using the AirPods Pro for a few months now, which are even better (and unfortunately more expensive) than the two aforementioned headphones.

I started using my in-ears the day before yesterday and had short interruptions at the beginning when I had the mobile phone in my left trouser pocket - but the problem no longer occurs. However, I can't confirm the problem you describe with the cracking and scratching, perhaps your model is faulty or damaged. I would connect the headphones to 1-2 other Bluetooth devices and see if the problem also occurs there, or if it was due to your first Bluetooth device.

Manual, page 15: The right headphone can also be used individually for mono playback or calls. For volume functions and/or skipping tracks, please use your connected smartphone. When both headphones are switched on and within 20 cm of each other, they connect automatically. :-)
