Hello, yes indeed I have the same phenomenon with my jabra elite 65t (titanium). It sounds like the noise canceling function of the Bose QC 35, but on the jabra there is no active noise cancellation. Personally I don't hear the noise very loudly and unfortunately I don't have a solution to this problem.
I guess it's the speaker that stays on for a long time in case you start the music again quickly after stopping it. If you pay attention, when you start your music/video (once that noise has stopped) you hear it come back on just before the music. This is my assumption, I can't confirm anything...
