Question about Jabra Elite 65t

I have had the headphones for about a month. Especially on the left one I have a hissing noise every now and then. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I have already tried various settings via the Jabra app and a soft reset, unfortunately without success. I've never had this problem with Bluetooth headphones before. Do you have any ideas what I could try or are the headphones simply defective?

Hello together

I just had the same problem. When I reset the network settings of my Samsung Galaxy S8, the noise was gone.
I don't have this problem with my iPad either. It is known that the Galaxy S8 has many Bluetooth problems, this is probably one of them...
You can reset the settings on the Galaxy S8 here:
"Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings".

If the headphones (left) are not charging properly when on the charging station, there may be a noise, or connect them to another device and try them, otherwise they are defective, they work fine for me. MFG
