Question about Jabra Elite 65t

Lost a single earGels. Digitec does not have this accessory as an item. If I want to buy it myself through Jabra, I pay 30CHF for 1 pair of earGels Medium with shipping and everything. Can anyone explain to me why this is so expensive, i.e. 24% of the total product? If you calculate it even more blatantly, then my question is even more justified: one pair costs 10CHF, since you get small, medium and large in the product, that would make up 50% of the entire product! Makes absolutely no sense to me and I am even considering throwing the headphones away instead of buying new earGels.
