The Insta360 X3 supports exFAT and FAT32 memory card formats, but exFAT is recommended for optimal performance. Quick tip: Try running it slower in the app on your PC or Mac. The quality should probably not be convincing, as the frame rate was probably too low in this mode during recording.

With my Oppo Reno 4 5G, the software works quite well. Every now and then the connection to the camera breaks down, but it doesn't happen very often.

I don't know exactly yet. And it depends on your requirements. For a good 4K TV it's always enough. But for a 150 x 100 cm print you need a proper camera like Sony A7r etc.

In my opinion, a Go Pro Hero 10 is more worthwhile for normal action cam recordings. It offers 5.7K in 60p. And all of this is directed forwards in the normal way. This still exceeds the quality of "single lens" videos from the X3 by far! The X3 is a 360° camera, which can also be used for a bit to make normal action cam scenes in "medium quality". However, its strengths are mainly as a 360° camera, with all its advantages, reframing, etc. Only if you want to shoot 360° from time to time would I go for the X3. If you don't want to film 360°, a go pro offers better quality for the same price.
