Question about Insta360 X3

Has anyone had any experience with a defective X3, mine has somehow fallen out of my backpack and is now quite scratched, I would like to have this repaired, but there is not much on the WWW. At the very least, the lens would have to be replaced. Does anyone have any tips or ideas?
