Hello SwissCrow, your problem sounds exciting. Are you sure that the crackling is coming from the cushions? I have the Cloud II headphones but the construction is identical and I've already used both ear pads and can't hear anything. Have you already changed or refitted them? If it's not at the beginning, it will be something to do with heating, but doubt it's the pads. Greetings
This headset is equipped with a jack plug. As long as your phone has one or an adapter, it is quite possible to do this.
With both headsets it is possible to do this, only the HyperX Cloud Alpha pro has the "remote" on the jack. The Cloud II's is on USB.
These headphones are stereo, they don't have 7.1. Having tested both, I honestly don't think the 5.1/7.1 is worth it, let alone on a headset. It doesn't make much difference in my opinion. In addition, surround compatible headphones are more expensive and often lose in sound quality compared to stereo headphones like this one, but which offer excellent clarity and sound quality, despite only being right-to-left spatialized.
From my point of view, the sound quality is just as good as the Razer Kraken Ultimate. I also find the cushions of the Hyper X Cloud Alpha Pro a little more comfortable because they are a little softer.
With the microphone, I had the problem that sounds that are output as microphone input are quietly audible. In various forums I have found that some others have the same problem, which seems to be a software or driver problem that can be fixed.
Hello..
As I don't understand what you mean by aux cable, here is the spare part/accessory list:

Hello,
It's hard to define "very good", what I can tell you is that I also use it for fps (cod:MW, bf5, ...) and I can hear the enemies know where they come from. I advise you to go and look at some sites to see the tests of this product.
The volume control works perfectly and there is also a switch to mute the microphone.
This has more to do with the driver, internet connection or settings. The headset is not involved.
Install the latest sound drivers from the manufacturer directly, check the settings in the programme you use for communication and make sure you have a stable internet connection. It's possible that it's the wifi that's weak.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that the problem can be checked.

Hello Dänu
In which game is this problem occurring? Are you in a Discord chat or IG chat?
Most likely you have your headset set very loud, which transmits the sound directly into the microphone.
On the other hand, it is also possible that you have set it that way.
Check the settings of the VoiceChat tool you are using to see if you can find anything there.
It might also help to set the microphone level a little lower.

This headset is stereo, so a "real" 7.1 is not possible. However, with a good sound card you can simulate it. It doesn't make a huge difference for gaming!
It is possible on a laptop. You just need an adapter for the two connectors (microphone + headset) to USB. I think it would also be possible on a mobile phone with a corresponding adapter, but I'm not sure.
sound on the pc is good, but unfortunately i can't say whether it's only good in stereo. regardless of that, i wouldn't buy it again. i find it too uncomfortable in the long run. it puts too much pressure on the ears.
