If it is not listed in the compatibility list, there is probably a reason for this. However, it is best to ask the manufacturer why this should not work. It is unlikely that anyone here has already tested this. Besides, the question is rather in the wrong place and should rather be asked at the 377dw or directly at the 973X ink cartridges.

There is only one "scan module" in this model. When you insert the sheets through the feed tray, the sheets are "pulled" over the scan module. This remains fixed in the start position (usually) on the far left under the glass. When you place the sheets on the scanner glass, it is not the sheets but the scan module that is pulled under the glass (and thus under the sheets) and the data is read in this way. First of all, check that there is no dirt on the glass, on the very outside (left) edge, where the scan module is "parked" under the glass. This is where the sheets are pulled over the scan module when it is fed in. Of course, check first at the level where the black stripe is ;-) In most cases the problem is solved in this way, because such smudges do occur - among other things often when writing on a paper with a pen (marker or Edding) and then scanning "not quite dry". If necessary, simply clean with a little Ajax or other streak-free glass cleaner. If a waterproof sharpie has been used, it may also be possible to clean with alcohol or thinner and a clean cloth. If you notice any soiling, but it is "under the glass", then it is a warranty case.

I had nothing but problems with this printer. I didn't want to incur any more costs and effort, so I disposed of this expensive (supposed gem). Duplex unit full of ink, ink print unit only worked for half of the page. My conclusion: Hands off the HP printer.

Our prices may differ from other competitors or from the manufacturer. This can have various reasons, higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. We try to set a price that is in line with the market, but this is not always possible. In addition, we have no influence on the pricing of marketplace traders.

Hello Hendrik, I don't think that's possible! With the 477dw it is either D3Q23A or P0V04A! I haven't found any reliable info anywhere that both expansion solutions can be installed at the same time! This is actually logical, because they would have to have a sheet transfer port at the bottom for this purpose, which is not the case! For the bigger PageWide printers like 750dw / 772dn / 777z there is then the 3 x 550 sheet base (P1V18A)! Have fun & LG, Andreas

The printer is really good. In my opinion, the print quality is even better than with a laser printer. I've also had a few breakdowns with Tingen cartridges, but here everything ran perfectly for 2 years - at least until the last SW update. Now the printer becomes a data collector for HP and some functions can only be used again after depositing an email address. If you don't care about this, I can only recommend the printer.

I am absolutely satisfied with my HP477dw PageWide Pro, I have been using it almost every day for a year, the copies are perfect in colour and black and white, the cartridges have been replaced once.
