Question about HP 477dw PageWide Pro

I fully endorse the comment by "Leaderplace"! .... by the way, why a laser at all...? The current laser MFP's don't look very good against this ink MFP...! ...and the speed is meanwhile also no longer an issue...., the cost of the ink approx. 50% of the toner costs (both original!) ......, we'd rather not even talk about the power consumption ...

For a laser MFP, I would wait for the new series.

The time required for duplex scanning with the PageWide MFP is good, but cannot be compared with a specific document scanner. There are very good document scanners (also duplex and other features) from Fujitsu and Brother. An important feature for me is the onboard OCR recognition. This is missing from HP.
