No, there are no adhesive pads. But there are replacement brackets with adhesive pads as accessories. I have also used transparent construction adhesive from OBI ;-)

The camera records a film of the course of the journey (and in the worst case crash), but does not quantify the time / place / speed. The camera can be mounted in any direction, even backwards. A short and a long USB cable are supplied; the power supply usually works via a 'cigar lighter adapter', but connection to a USB power bank is also possible. Typical current consumption approx. 330 mA.
There are certainly other models.
It only works with power supply from the car.

In fact, the tiny device only displays the traffic situation and notes the date and time. With the Garmin drive app, up to 4 cameras (in all directions ...) can be bundled; and they should - as is stated - also be able to function as a parking guard when the vehicle is parked. In contrast to HP's dashcam, location and speed are not logged.
No, there is no "parking wire". Only USB-cable and USB-Adapter for the lighter.
