Yes, this covers Europe and Switzerland.
Only the route is transferred and then displayed on the Garmin. I also use Komoot for planning. Works very well for road and MTB.
The desired item Garmin Edge 840 will probably be available at our shop from the end of next week or the beginning of the week after next.
I don't know, but you shouldn't listen to music or have earplugs in your ears when cycling anyway.
We kindly ask you to please contact our customer service directly, so that they can check the issue and help you accordingly. https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new
- Handlebar/stem mount - Aero handlebar mount for Ø 25.4 / 31.8 mm - Mounting strap You can see it in the pictures.
Good evening. I have Switzerland and France anyway. Probably Europe but I have not tested it. Sincerely
It has a simple holder that is attached to the bike with two rubber bands.
Yes, this now works without any problems via the Garmin Connect app. Send the GPX to the app, save the route and send it to the device. Alternatively, there are Komoot and Trailforks apps for the Edge in which saved routes can be called up directly on the Edge if the Edge is connected to the smartphone.
Simply select Digitec as the supplier above. But it is apparently not in stock at the moment.
yes, it looks like it, i see a road network in northern norway too
You can plan routes on the device. It's not exactly a blessing in terms of operation. But it's simple point-to-point without any big wishes on the road. That works quite well. All GPX files can be loaded onto the device. Even without Basecamp. I always plan routes in Basecamp or Trailforks and then load them as GPX on the device or call them up via the integrated Trailforks app.
It's still the same one, but this one works on the bike. Mine is mounted on the stem There are two mounts, 1x stem, 1x handlebars.
Hello, yes is completely sufficient and the map materials are also sufficient, plan my tours with Komoot and sync afterwards, everything simple and very reliable if because Garmin has no successful security attack. Was last weekend 6 hours in the mountains on and offroad on the road and it has in between really let down and fog like stupid and no problems, everything tight! I can warmly recommend it!
at the same time. But several pages can be set up. These can be made visible with "swipe". Then it should be possible.
